Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
At Soccer Corner, our priority is to take care of our loyal customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to make it right.
We understand shopping online can be tricky, items can't be tried on or inspected, so we aim to make every return, exchange, or refund simple, fast, and stress-free!
30-Day Window
All return or exchange request must be completed within 30 days of the delivery date. If the item does not reach us within this timeframe, the request will be automatically cancelled.
FOR EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.

Exchanges for a different style of equal or higher value are permitted. If the new item is higher in price, the price difference must be paid. If the new item is of lower value, a refund or store credit will be issued for the price difference, subject to approval.

Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

If the requested exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Returns or exchanges within 30 days of the ship date.
- If a return is received outside of the 30-day window, it cannot be accepted and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging, undamaged, with all tags and accessories included.

Free Exchanges/ Returns are only eligible on orders over $50.
- Exchanges/ Returns for orders under $50 may still be exchanged, but customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Soccer Corner will cover the shipping cost to send the exchange back to the customer

Final Sale Items Items included in our Final Season Collection are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
These products are offered at special pricing; therefore, all purchases are final. We kindly ask customers to review sizing, product details, and specifications carefully before completing their purchase.
DAMAGED/USED ITEMS:
- Any item returned without its original packaging or found damaged may be subject to damage fees.
- Items showing signs of use cannot be accepted. If a used item is returned, it will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
- All items marked as Final Sale / Sale / Closeout do not qualify for returns or exchanges — no exceptions.
- Personalized items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
SECOND EXCHANGE OR REFUND AFTER AN EXCHANGE
- If a customer receives an exchange item and later determines that it does not meet their needs, refund eligibility is based on the original purchase date, not the exchange delivery date.
- If the original 30-day return window has passed at the time the customer requests a refund, a refund will no longer be available.
- In these cases, we may offer (subject to approval):
- One additional exchange (subject to approval, availability and product eligilibility), or
- Store credit for the value of the item.
Important Notes
- Items purchased during seasonal promotions (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or other special sales) are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds.
- Items that are out of stock, discontinued (closeout), or no longer part of our current catalog are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
- We recommend that customers carefully review sizing and product details before requesting an exchange.
- Additional exchanges beyond the first one may be subject to shipping fees.
- This policy helps us ensure fair and consistent service for all customers.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To initiate a return or exchange, please email amazoccer@gmail.com or call (678) 856-7676. Be sure to include your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and your return or exchange request.
POLICY DETAILS:
- Returns and exchanges are free on the first request per order (for orders over $50)
- Any additional returns or exchanges for the same order must be covered by the customer using their preferred shipping method. We can provide a prepaid return label at cost; once the invoice is paid, the label will be generated and sent to the customer.
- If you received the wrong item (size , color or style), we’ll provide a prepaid return label and send you the correct item at no additional cost.
Please note that our refund policy applies exclusively to online purchases made through mysoccercorner.com.

REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your item.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
- All orders are inspected by our team for quality control before they leave our warehouse. Your packing list will be initialed to confirm the inspection.
- If you receive an item that doesn’t meet our quality standards, let us know right away.

- Short explanation of the issue
- A clear photo showing the damaged/defective area
- A photo of the tongue label showing the style/ID and size
- A photo of the sole (bottom of the footwear)
- A copy/photo of the signed packing list
- Returned items with damages will not be processed if these steps are not followed
- Returns for defective items cannot be processed if these steps are not followed.
- Defects must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your claim is confirmed, we’ll provide and cover the cost of a return label.
Once we receive this information, we will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible.
IN-STORE PURCHASES (PHYSICAL LOCATIONS)
All purchases made at any Soccer Corner physical store location are final sale and do not qualify for refunds.
For in-store purchases, we are happy to offer:
- Exchanges, or
- Store credit
within 15 days of the original purchase date, subject to product availability and compliance with our policy.
No refunds will be issued for in-store purchases under any circumstances.
IN-STORE EXCHANGES
ELIGIBILITY
- Exchanges must be completed within 15 days of the purchase date.
- Items brought in after 15 days but within 30 days of purchase will be processed as a store credit (*restrictions may apply).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
DAMAGED OR USED ITEMS
- Items showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted.
- No exchange or store credit will be issued for damaged or used items.
NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS
- Final Sale / Sale/ Closeout items are final sale and not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit — no exceptions.
- Personalized items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
HOW TO START AN EXCHANGE
- Bring the item to any Soccer Corner physical store (Buford or Lilburn).
- Present the original receipt or proof of purchase (printed or digital).
- Select the option that works best for you:
- Exchange for the same item in a different size (subject to availability).
- Exchanges must be for equal or greater value.
- If the new item is higher value, the customer pays the difference.
- If the new item is lower value, a store credit will be issued.
- If you don’t find a product you like, a store credit may be issued.

Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled and any returns will have to follow the policy listed above.
